INCLUSION, DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & ANTI-RACISM TRAINING
Our work with The Enneagram and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Anti-racism (IDEA) is designed to help heal our fractured society one connection at a time with compassion, respect, and awareness. As we work together to strengthen our ability to show up as strong Advocates for social justice we can begin to envision a future where we become the change in the world that eradicates the “isms” that threaten the cooperative and collective connections of our species. The Enneagram helps us to become fully present as we grow and learn how to be Allies and Advocates to one another across differences within our diverse and beautiful Humanity Mosaic.
EXECUTIVE & LEADERSHIP COACHING
Executive coaching involves the development of individual self-awareness that will build on acknowledged strengths and remediation of recognized areas of challenge. Trinity Transition Consultants work with clients to help them to develop alignment between their core values and the core values of the organization. This helps to cultivate more productive workplace relationships with peers, direct reports, and staff.
ENNEAGRAM HEALING HUMANITY PROJECT
Good leaders recognize some form of intervention is required to help employees, our community, and our neighbors move through these challenging times and to come together stronger, with a new level of respect and appreciation for one another. As an Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Anti-Racism Specialist, Dr. E has been working to heal the wounds of fellow humans for decades.
ENNEAGRAM WORKSHOPS & COACHING
Dr. Egerton teaches the Enneagram in organizations across the country and has utilized it with her coaching, training and organizational development clients. She brings her expertise in both individual and organizational development and diversity and inclusion to create an experience that energizes the spirit and sparks a passion to participate in becoming a part of creating global solutions.
ANTI-RACISM WORKSHOPS
Part of embracing all of humanity requires that we do our individual work and bring ourselves together in a community. The collective work is to face our biases. By doing this, we will stop functioning on autopilot without stereotypes re-enacting our human drama.
